Processing & Delivery

Returns
- We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
