• Standard Shipping: 1–14 business days depending on your location.
• Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.
• You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
• Free shipping may apply for orders meeting specific conditions, which will be clearly indicated on our site.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is returned due to a SuperByte error (e.g., defective or wrong product).

Lost or Damaged Packages

• SuperByte is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events.
• If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us immediately at info@superbyte.co.za. We will assist with filing claims or arranging replacements.

International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within South Africa.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
• You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment with the courier.
